Matlock Town 0 Gateshead 0
Another fantastic performance from the Boys in white and black down at Matlock Town, a fine draw against a team still in the mix for promotion.
With Chris Hughes and Steve Baker suspended Gateshead had to shuffle the pack to get a team on the pitch. Paul Talbot was moved from the Left side into the middle of the midfield.
Peter Keen was in outstanding form when called upon to save a shot in the first half.
John Campbell made his first start for Heed Army and did well down the left hand side, looks a young with plenty to offer.
Although Gateshead didnt get on the score sheet the had there chances, Captain Steve Salvin had the best chance late in the game from a Ian Clark Cross.
This result takes Gateshead to 11 games unbeaten, surely another tick in the box for Ian Bogie to get the Managers job on a full time basis.
